Thank you Alison Lapper MBE

We sincerely thank Alison Lapper MBE for being our amazing 2018-19 Patron.

 Alison has been an enormous source of creative inspiration to Gig-Arts with her hearty encouragement and colourful clothes. We deeply thank her for her time spent developing ideas with us at the University of Brighton and for endorsing our Witney 2018 Gig-Arts Event.

Recently, Alison most tragically lost her dearest son, Parys Lapper, who was a creative young photographer. Gig-Arts sends heart-felt condolences and offers support in whatever way possible.

Gig-Arts most sincerely thanks Alison for the time she spent being the Patron of Gig-Arts. We are extremely grateful and will stay in touch with Alison who says:

“I am more than happy to champion your [Gig-Arts] course in whatever way I possibly can but sadly I just don’t have the time to attend your events… I of course wish you every success with the future, as I truly love the whole ethos of Gig-Arts.”
